1. Description of Service
DocuAssist.AI is an online document processing platform that allows users to create, edit, scan, sign, convert, and organize PDF documents securely via a web-based interface.
Certain advanced features may include AI-assisted guidance and automated document verification tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law to use this Service.
3. Trial & Subscription Terms
DocuAssist offers a 7-day trial for US$1, which includes download access.
Unless canceled before the trial ends:
The subscription automatically converts to the Professional Annual Plan (US$75/year).
Billing will occur automatically at the end of the trial period.
You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid subscription charges.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree:
To use the Service lawfully
Not to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
To review all documents before final use
Not to misuse or reverse-engineer the platform
You are fully responsible for the documents you upload and process.
5. AI-Assisted Features Disclaimer
AI-based tools are provided as productivity support features.
They do not constitute legal, financial, compliance, or professional advice.
Users remain responsible for reviewing and validating all documents before use or submission.
6. Data & Document Processing
Uploaded documents are processed solely to provide the Service.
We do not use user documents to train AI models unless explicitly stated.
Files may be temporarily stored to enable processing and downloads.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocuAssist shall not be liable for:
Loss of data
Business interruption
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
